Programs & Activities

Wisdom Youth Community Centre offers a range of beneficial programs and activities designed to support the spiritual, personal, and social development of young people, families, and the wider community. Through Islamic learning, youth engagement, recreation, and community initiatives, we aim to create a welcoming environment where individuals can connect, grow, and feel supported.

IQRA Quran Program

Our IQRA Quran Program is designed to help children and adults build a strong connection with the Holy Quran through reading, recitation, and memorisation guided by qualified teachers. Whether someone is beginning their Quran journey or looking to improve their understanding, we provide a supportive and encouraging environment for all levels. Through patience, guidance, and Islamic values, we hope to nurture a love for the Quran within the hearts of our community and help individuals strengthen their relationship with Allah ﷻ in their daily lives.

Sisters Only Halaqah

The Sisters Only Halaqah is a warm and welcoming gathering where sisters can come together to learn, reflect, and support one another through Islamic reminders and meaningful discussions. Topics include faith, family, wellbeing, self-development, and everyday challenges faced by Muslim women. More than just a class, this halaqah is a safe space where sisters can build genuine friendships, strengthen their iman, and feel connected to a community that uplifts and supports one another.

Girls Only Youth Halaqah

The Girls Only Youth Halaqah is a supportive and empowering space created especially for young Muslim girls to connect, learn, and grow together in a positive Islamic environment. Guided by female mentors and educators, the sessions focus on faith, identity, confidence, friendships, and personal development. Our goal is to help young girls feel valued, heard, and inspired while encouraging strong Islamic character, self-respect, and meaningful connections with others within the community.

Islamic Lecture Series

Our Islamic Lecture Series provides educational and thought-provoking discussions on important Islamic topics including faith, character, family, contemporary issues, and everyday life as Muslims. These sessions aim to increase understanding, strengthen Islamic knowledge, and encourage positive change within ourselves and our communities. Through authentic teachings and community engagement, we hope to create an environment where people feel inspired, spiritually motivated, and connected through shared learning and reflection.

Youth Sports & Futsal

Our Youth Sports & Futsal activities provide young people with a positive and energetic environment where they can stay active, build friendships, and develop confidence through sports and teamwork. Through structured sessions including futsal, fitness, and recreational activities, youth are encouraged to strengthen both their physical and mental wellbeing. Beyond sports, these programs aim to keep young people connected to a supportive community environment that promotes discipline, respect, brotherhood, and healthy lifestyles guided by positive values.

Volunteer Morning

Volunteer Morning brings community members together to serve and support others through charity initiatives, food hampers, community meals, and outreach activities. Inspired by the Islamic values of compassion, generosity, and unity, this initiative encourages individuals to give back and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. It is also an opportunity for young people and families to experience the beauty of community service while building stronger connections and contributing towards something greater than themselves.

Digital Skills & After-School Hub

Our Digital Skills & After-School Hub provides a supportive learning environment where students can receive homework help, develop digital literacy skills, and explore coding and educational activities in a safe and encouraging space. We understand the importance of equipping young people with skills that benefit both their education and future opportunities. Through mentorship, guidance, and community support, we aim to help students grow in confidence, stay motivated in their studies, and feel supported throughout their learning journey.

Journey to the Hereafter

Journey to the Hereafter is a weekly Islamic lecture series focused on spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and preparing our hearts for the akhirah. Through powerful reminders rooted in the Quran and Sunnah, these sessions encourage individuals to reflect on their purpose, actions, and connection with Allah ﷻ. The program is designed for both youth and adults seeking beneficial knowledge, spiritual motivation, and guidance in navigating the challenges of modern life while staying grounded in faith.
